The bleed treatment from Fido Hÿp as a plug-in: one main mic, one side-chain mic, clearer mix when they're summed.
When two microphones pick up the same source, summing them causes comb filtering and phase smear that blur the mix. Fido Fetch does what Fido Hÿp does, analysing the bleed between microphones and reorienting it so each mic contributes more uniquely. The difference is that Fetch is a plug-in that works on a pair: one main input and one side-chain input.
Put Fetch on one mic's track, route the other mic into its side-chain, click Learn and press play. Once both inputs carry signal, Fetch records them (from a tenth of a second up to two minutes), learns in the background, and then switches from passing the audio through dry to processing it. The result is locked and saved with your Live set, so it sounds the same next time you open it.
