Bass Preamp

The Fido Bass Preamp is a no-nonsense pedal with the features a pro needs from a preamp: Two knobs - gain and volume. Dial the gain to your desired balance between punch and saturation, then set the volume to tickle the next piece of hardware in your signal chain.

Try putting a fuzz pedal after the preamp then dial back the preamp volume to achieve a light fizzy sparkle from the fuzz. A unique solid-state gain-controlling feedback-circuit puts the gain exactly where you want it allowing you to dial in the sound you want anywhere between punchy clean to saturated fat.
